well it arrived with some damage to it which I think some happened during transport as the box was damaged also but there were quite a few imperfections on the machine. Still the machine works and does what it's supposed to. due to no literature coming with it. I had to figure out how to operate it myself. FYI the temp setting is in Celcius. this machine is 110v as per specs but it needs to be plugged directly into a wall outlet as it will trip a plug strip with breaker almost every time. still it's worth it. if you have the space, go for it.
