they didn’t send the machine we ask for it. very dificult to have a understandable response from customer service, from the beginning they started to misunderstand about the machine we ask for it. when shipping the machine they want to charge more because they say they can’t find the address and they need to charge extra to change the address but there was no need to change the address. now we got the machine and is not what we ask for it, the machine needs a compressor and we are can’t use a compressor inside the building and thats why we ask for the one that don’t need a compressor to work

Machine Specifications: From the beginning of our communication, we discussed and confirmed the details of the machine you bought. The payment link and the product description clearly stated that it was a pneumatic machine, and we also shared a video demonstrating its operation. At no point did you mention that you needed a non-pneumatic machine or that a compressor could not be used in your building. If this was a requirement, we would have gladly recommended a different model.
Address Issue: The shipping issue arose because your original address was located in a development zone, which was not recognized by Google Maps. The freight forwarder informed us that changing the address would incur an additional fee. However, we did not ask you to pay this fee—it was covered by us to ensure the delivery could proceed smoothly.
